Stream Creature - Frame Based Vtuber

SIMPLE FRAME BASED VTUBER FOR OBS

• Automatically works when you launch OBS via browser source without requiring a secondary app.
• Mouth moves intelligently with volume by keeping track of a rolling volume level and periodically sampling the volume difference to the rolling average.
• Mouth also seems to move much more aesthetically than other similar apps even though it's only like 100 lines of code...
• Cycles through frames every few seconds. You can change the speed or add/remove frames in the code. It's a single file and most of the settings are at the top.
• You can also change the talking volume threshold in that file.
• It chooses your default mic I think. You don't get to choose your mic.
• Automatically transparent because it's a web embed. No extra work required.

HOW TO RUN

For this to work in OBS, you need to:

1. Launch obs with the setting `--enable-media-stream`. This allows browser sources to be granted microphone permissions.
   
   To do this you can right click `obs64.exe`, go to properties, go to the shortcut tab, change ["YOURPATH\obs64.exe"] to ["YOURPATH\obs64.exe" --enable-media-stream].
2. Set this up in an actual webpage. OBS won't give a local webpage microphone permissions.
   
   To do this, you can upload this project to github (with your own images), go to the project settings, and make a github page. You can then just use that github page URL for free.

If you really want to keep your vtuber frames private you could also just host a webpage locally and point to that URL. But this would require an extra step each time you launch OBS which is lame.
